These are in 2.5kg and 5kg re-sealable bags and are Fresh and if nor frozen when they arrive to you then you will need to freeze as soon as possible we only send out our frozen particles once a week as it is all made fresh so depending what day your order it there maybe a 7 working day delay before it reaches you. our shelf life option are kept in stock and depending on stock levels should be much faster delivery.
