Rennet Casein is produced by adding the enzyme Rennet to curd cow’s milk, this is then dried n ground/spray dried to a consistent powder, Rennet Casein has a protein content of over 91% and forms part of the base for many top quality HNV mixes.

Use up to 20% of your total mix, but be mindful of other ingredients and amend if necessary.
